We have incorporated a Quality Control program that includes regular nighttime written inspections; quarterly client feedbacks; quality rating questionnaires from our clients; daytime personal visits to ensure the client’s satisfaction with our cleaning crew and the quality of our work.
• We found that having this as our top priority has provided continuous consistency through loyalty from our clients and resulted in maintaining a low turn-over rate of less than 3%.

•  Hiring of Staff: We understand the importance of your trust in allowing our company and our staff to work in your office after hours. That is why we take particular care in the hiring of our staff to provide honest workers in sensitive work environments.
• We use a systematic approach to staffing our crew. We screen and hire our own employees. We run background checks on each of them. Our janitorial staff is sharp, competent and have had both video training and continuous on-the-job training while employed with SCS, Inc.
