We offer general and specialty cleaning services and building maintenance for many different facilities and office buildings. We have the workforce, equipment and expertise to clean any building to the highest standards so that our clients’ workplaces always look their best. We work with you to customize a plan to maintain your facility and offices so that there is no guessing about what cleaning services we provide and what you can expect.  We will accommodate your work schedule by being available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  You can schedule our service staff to arrive daily, several times weekly, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly.  It’s up to you! We provide janitorial services and maintenance to building locations that range in size from 250 to 50,000 square feet. Below is a description of the cleaning and building maintenance that we currently provide for our clients.

- General Cleaning
General Cleaning involves the full range of appearance cleaning tasks: bathrooms and kitchens scrubbed, mopped and cleaned thoroughly; desk and cubicle dusting & wiping; trash and recycling disposal, vacuuming of carpets and upholstered chairs, dusting of wood furnishings; mopping and all other tasks involved in commercial housekeeping.

- Carpet Cleaning
We provide our clients with the best carpet care and services available. We can offer our clients a comprehensive carpet care program which includes hot water extraction, bonnet cleaning, rotary scrubbing, pile lifting, and spot removal. We also clean upholstery.

- Floor Care
We use state- of-the-art floor care products for our exceptional stripping and refinishing work.   We offer regular polishing services with the ultimate in protection, gloss and appearance for a longer lasting shine and greater durability. Whether it’s daily, weekly or monthly polishing, we will carry out a regular polishing schedule to keep your floors glistening and reduce the need for more frequent and costly refinishing work.

- Pressure Washing
We offer pressure washing for the exterior of buildings and walkways.

- Supplies
For your convenience, we can supply you with any janitorial products your company may need, including paper towels, toilet tissue, deodorizing sprays and trash can liners can be included with your commercial cleaning.   This leaves you with the peace of mind that your site will be appropriately stocked with these items for use by guests and employees.  there is no need to be embarrassed or inconvenienced by not having necessary supplies stocked.  Our rates are competitive for these items, and there is no delivery charge to you as a client.

- Extra Services
We provide a variety of extra services in addition to janitorial services. Why go to the extra expense and trouble of doing odd jobs yourself or hiring another company to do extra tasks and building maintenance when we can do the job for you? We pressure wash exterior buildings and walkways, purchase and deliver supplies and change hard to reach light bulbs and fluorescents at substantial savings and convenience to our clients.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), half this population may be exposed to polluted indoor air, lead, asbestos, chemical fumes, pesticides, molds and other toxins, along with overcrowding and poor sanitation.  A well-designed green cleaning program can help reduce these harmful exposures and yield many other positive benefits for students, custodial staff, administrators and the environment.

After consideration of your school’s goals and expectations, we customize our Green Cleaning program by implementing the following:

• Use of Effective Janitorial Equipment:  We use equipment that follows the standards of the Carpet and Rug institute – vacuums and other floor cleaning equipment with high-efficiency filters to capture microscopic materials that might adversely impact building occupant health or damage sensitive equipment.
• Use of Green Cleaning Products.  We use Green Seal’s Standard for Industrial and Institutional Cleaners.
• Green Cleaning Procedures: We use micro-fiber dusting cloths and flat mops to collect dust and dirt.
• Using of Green paper products: We follow EPA’s Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines and Green Seal’s Standards for Tissue (GS-1) and Towels (GS-9) for recycled content in janitorial paper products bleached without the use of chlorine or its derivatives.

The primary benefit, above all other benefits for this current shift is the minimization of the environmental impacts and health concerns associated with chemical-based cleaning practices conventional used, reducing waste, incorporating recycled products such as paper towels and tissue and minimizing lighting and water usage.
According to the U.S. Green Building Council, implementing green products and services helps to improve worker productivity by reducing absenteeism and health care costs, which leads to increased profitability.  Committing to a green program demonstrated an increase of 5-7% of employee productivity.  Health care costs showed a significant reduction including a 9-20% reduction in respiratory diseases and an 18-25% reduction in allergies and asthma.  This will generate an estimated savings of $17-$48 billion annually in lost work and health care costs. Providing a healthy, clean environment for the employee, occupants of the building and customers play a vital role in retention, thus, reducing turn-over costs for the employer.

According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), half of the 53 millions students and 5 million faculty members may be exposed to polluted indoor air, chemical fumes, pesticides, molds and other toxins in their schools daily. Cleaning products are necessary for maintaining attractive and healthful conditions. In addition to the obvious aesthetic benefits of cleaning, the removal of dust, allergens, and infectious agents is crucial to maintaining a healthful indoor environment. However, cleaning products can present several health and environmental concerns. They may contain chemicals associated with eye, skin, or respiratory irritation, or other human health issues.  Additionally, the concentrated forms of some commercial cleaning products are classified as hazardous, creating potential handling, storage, and disposal issues for staff, users and ultimately the students.  Children miss more than 14 million school days each year due to asthma exacerbated by poor indoor air quality.

Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, it establishes standards for sustainable buildings.  It also strives to promote integrated, whole-building design practices and recognizes environmental leadership in the building industry.

LEED certified buildings enjoy government incentives, marketing benefits and increased property value. Buildings that apply for certification earn LEED points for using environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.  To achieve LEED recognition, a building needs to have a thorough evaluation, rating and certification program. The process uses a checklist, which evaluates items including: the building’s power use, its waste management program, the products used to clean the building, and even the storage of those cleaning products.
